Megan O’Reilly Palevich

Megan O’Reilly Palevich is an award-winning visionary educational leader with nearly 30 years of experience. Her career has spanned public, private, elementary, middle and high schools; single sex and co-educational schools; along with brick and mortar and online schools. These experiences have provided Megan with a unique lens in leading educational communities, understanding the whole child and student journey, as well as personalizing the development of students and faculty. Megan is a subject matter expert in blended and online learning, personalized learning, and gifted education. She has spoken at national and international events and has been published in articles and in a book. Megan is an advocate for student-centered education models that meet the needs of all learners.

Joanne began her teaching career in 1989 when she launched Private Tutoring Services (PTS) as a private educator, traveling the world with students, and helping student athletes reach their dreams. As an artist and educator, she has been able to develop programs from a unique perspective that meet the needs of students and educators. Her vision that education can work for everyone has been the motivation that keeps Palm Beach International Academy (PBIA) fresh, exciting and successful. She has helped design schools in Guatemala, has traveled to India with the Hunger Project, and works with many charitable organizations.

Lori Kubach

Lori Kubach is a passionate educational leader with over 30 years of experience in public, private, and international schools. She believes deeply in student-centered learning and is committed to supporting every learner, from those needing academic support to those in gifted programs.

Lori has served as a teacher, principal, academic dean, and Associate Head of School, working with students from kindergarten through high school. She has helped build schools from the ground up, design innovative curricula, and create learning environments that inspire curiosity and connection. Her work includes leading STEM initiatives, service learning, and experiential programs that blend technology, sustainability, and hands-on discovery. Known for making students feel seen and supported, Lori has developed both enrichment programs and personalized support systems.

Outside of school, she enjoys gardening, decorating, running, and bringing nature and creativity into the spaces she designs. At her heart, Lori is a builder of joyful learning communities focused on helping students grow into confident, compassionate people.
